Namesets and Patches

Do you see a shirt we have available that you are interested in, but would like a nameset and/or sleeve patch to go with it? Not a problem! OTLS are now offering a name + number, and sleeve patch application service!

For all applications, we will be working with a trusted individual who handles all applications for us, among the best in the business. All names and patches used will be correct to the shirt and time period, you will not receive a “default” nameset. 

This service is available for shirts that we have available, or shirts of your own that you want to spruce up a little, we are more than happy to accept orders for both circumstances. 

After ordering, please ensure you email us (OffTheLineShirts@outlook.com) OR reach out to us via instagram (OffTheLineShirts) to tell us what shirt, player name, number and/or sleeve patch(es) you want done. We do also offer custom namesets, so if for example you wanted to have “DAD 1” on a shirt, we can apply those too. 

If we do not receive a message/email with your specific player/patch information, we will cancel your purchase and refund you in full.
